• User-Provided Content: We collect the text, prompts, and scripts you enter into the App to provide you with personalized, AI-generated manifestation and spiritual content.

• Device & Usage Information: We collect basic technical information automatically, such as your device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers, to ensure app functionality, troubleshoot bugs, and analyze user engagement.

• Purchase Data: We collect information regarding your subscription status and transaction history to manage your premium access. Note: We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely via the Google Play Store.

• Camera & Photo Library Access: The App may request access to your device’s camera or photo library. This access is strictly used to allow you to upload a profile picture or capture/select images for your personal manifestation vision board. We do not record, store, or transmit your camera feed to our servers without your explicit action.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Core Functionality: To generate personalized AI content based on your inputs and to operate the App's manifestation tools.

• Subscription Management: To verify, grant, and maintain your access to premium features.

• App Improvement: To analyze how users interact with Eager so we can optimize the user experience, fix technical issues, and develop new spiritual tools.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited, necessary data with trusted third parties to operate the App effectively. These third parties are bound by their own strict privacy policies:

• Emergent (AI Hosting): Processes your text prompts to generate AI responses.

• RevenueCat: Manages and validates in-app subscriptions and purchase statuses.

• Google Play Services: Facilitates secure payments, app functionality, and analytics.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

• Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or any user-provided content associated with it, please contact us at the email provided below. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
